• Specialized products such as Armstrong pumps, automatic tube cleaning systems, and air purgers.

Services are subject to agreed-upon project specifications and contracts.

• REMODA Responsibilities: Deliver HVAC solutions as per agreed specifications, including cooling ranges (-20°C to 25°C) and heating ranges (25°C to 60°C), using products like chillers, pumps, and VRF systems.
• Products such as Armstrong pumps and automatic tube cleaning systems are subject to manufacturer warranties, which will be provided upon purchase.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services and products must be made as per the agreed contract terms. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services, as outlined in project agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, technical drawings, and proprietary solutions provided by REMODA Technologies remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce or distribute these without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
